For any reason, the customer can return the order, in whole or in part. The items can be returned for a refund in cash or credit within 14 days from the date of receipt of the package, by sending, within the aforementioned term, a written notice of withdrawal in the following ways:


  • registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the following address: Località monsone di sotto, n 29 53048 Sinalunga (SI).

If the Customer has exercised the right of withdrawal in the manner referred to in the previous point, he must return the product no later than the fifteenth day following receipt, by direct delivery and shipment by forwarding the product to Mura Francesco Junior in the office indicated above. Items must be returned in the same condition they were originally sent. The integrity of the goods to be returned is an essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal, therefore it will not be possible to return goods if the item is not in the same condition in which it was originally sent.

All costs for returning the products are the responsibility of the Customer.

The shipment, until receipt of the goods at the headquarters, is under the complete responsibility of the customer, also for the possibility of loss of the same.

In the event that all the conditions and obligations of the consumer set out in the previous points have been respected, Mura Francesco Junior will send an e-mail confirming acceptance of the return. Furthermore, it will refund the sale price according to the same payment method chosen by the Customer at the time of purchase.

The effective time for the reimbursement of the sums paid by the Customer for the purchase of the returned products depends on the payment methods used.

  •  I/we (*) hereby inform/notify that I/we (*) withdraw/ withdraw from my/our (*) contract of sale of the following goods (*)/for the supply of the following service (*),

  • Ordered on (*) / received on (*),

  • Name of the consumer(s),

  • Address of the consumer(s),

  • Signature of the consumer(s) (only if this form is sent in paper format),

  • Date

(*) Fill in as appropriate.


The Customer has the right to communicate any problems (delivery errors, misunderstandings or delivery delays) exclusively via email to no later than two days from receipt of the order with attached photo.

Once the defect has been ascertained through the photo, the new product will be sent back to the customer without defects and without further costs.
In any case, in the event that the external packaging reaches its destination damaged (folding, scratch, dent, wet packaging, etc...) the customer can proceed in the following ways:


  • Refuse the delivery and promptly send a report to the address inserting the order number in the subject.

  • Collect the package by signing subject to specific control for these cases: specific reserve for folded packaging, damaged packaging, dented packaging, scratched packaging, wet packaging, damaged goods, drafty goods, scratched goods, etc.

In the event that the customer requests a refund for the returned order, the refund is made upon receipt of the package by the Supplier and only following the quality control of the returned items.

For orders paid for by credit card, the refunded amount will be visible on the next card statement. Refunds are issued in the same currency as the original purchase (EURO).

If a product other than the one ordered and purchased has been delivered by mistake, the Customer has the right to obtain the replacement of the product, provided that the same represents the problem in writing within and no later than two days from receipt of the product itself. In this case, the Supplier will replace the product once the delivered goods have been received and the condition of the goods has been verified, thus proceeding with the re-submission of the correct product.
